OnlyDomains recognizes the rights of domain name holders, and we will generally not impose any restriction in relation to how a domain name is being used. We believe the onus is on the registrant to comply with the published policies that relate to their particular domain name. OnlyDomains uses all reasonable means to ensure that the registrant complies with published policies of the regulatory authority of respective domain name spaces, to ICANN's published policies. Registrants are also required to agree to our Terms of Service when they register a domain name with OnlyDomains, or transfer their domain name from another registrar to OnlyDomains. We do however believe that there are times when a registrar has to act in the best interest to preserve the integrity of the Internet and/or the DNS or responding to factual claims of abuse. We have prepared an Abuse Policy (Domain Names) which provides you with definition of what constitutes Abuse within the scope of domain names.

Abuse Submission

We recognize that there are many online security organizations such as CERT and other security organisations that are committed to preserving the integrity of the Internet. OnlyDomains is prepared to co-operate with these organizations. The person submitting this report is also required to review and acknowledge our Abuse Policy (Domain Name) when making an Abuse Report submission.
